ACCOUNTING/FINANCIAL SERVICES:
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES:

Working knowledge of Governing Documents

Assist in adoption & enforcement of rules & regulations

Address owners/tenants concerns relating to the property

Maintain a complete system of office records

Receive, answer & instigate all correspondence on behalf of the property

Prepare & distribute meeting notices, minutes, proxies, agendas, ballots & all necessary documents for meetings in accordance with legal documents & Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS)

Attend, organize, and moderate meetings

Preparation & distribution of newsletters
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SERVICES:

Perform routine property inspections to ensure the common areas are maintained

Study & continual evaluation of ways to improve service & facilities from the standpoint of quality, efficiency & economy

Present those requests pertaining to "improvements" to the Owner or Board of Directors of the property

Seek bids for contracted site services when requested by the Owner or Board of Directors

Maintain a twenty-four (24) hour emergency service

Ensure the contractors & subcontractors performing work for the project have adequate insurance coverage
DEVELOPER/BUILDER CONTROLLED ASSOCIATIONS:

Assist Developer/Builder in fulfilling their responsibilities to the Association in accordance with the Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS)
