What do Professional Designations mean?

Professional Designations given from N.A.R.P.M. the National Association of Residential Property Managers demonstrate creditably.

Professional Designations are symbols of knowledge, commitment and dedication. Property owners seeking property management services understand this concept. Many owners wisely base their management decision on the credentials they find attached to a particular person or company. A NARPM designation gives confidence about the property managers skills and place in the industry.

Certification Courses address many core topics.

From Office Operations to Risk Management, NARPM courses give you industry specific information to benefit you and your operation. We employ some of the industry's top professionals as instructors, who will not only present the course materials, but also share personal experiences with you. Their credentials and background, along with the shared experiences in class, will definitely make meaningful contributions to your professional growth!

NARPM's Designations are more than education.

NARPM designations are not strictly course-based certification. NARPM designations are a combination of property management experience, NARPM and industry-related education and service to the association through volunteer activities.
